MARKETING MANAGER - UNIQUE MULTI-FACETED EXPERIENTIAL LEISURE GROUP

Our client is an exciting highly successful, ground-breaking operator with a group of exciting, cool multi-faceted leisure & food concepts throughout the UK. They specialise in having large unique experiential leisure concepts under one roof along with fresh food restaurant & bar operations & host regular events & group bookings as well as having a busy regular trade. They are stylish & constantly striving to be ahead of the game & are extremely successful, whilst still going through a real period of growth with new sites in the pipeline. Their operations focus providing amazing service & a fantastic guest experience whilst using the latest technology in their operations.

They are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who has previous experience in doing a similar experiential leisure marketing role and who wants to be part of something exciting, growing their career further as the company develops, with established successful operations as well further sites already planned for the coming years. We would also consider a Marketing Manager who has a mixed background of leisure & branded restaurant marketing.

Responsibilities:

- Developing the leisure marketing plan & ensuring it is delivered

- Delivering multi-channel strategy, take ownership of brand positioning & work cross-functionality to ensure marketing contributes to commercial success.

- Focus on membership campaigns & growing membership

- Take ownership of the CRM strategy to drive database growth

- Lead an optimize paid media, PPC and search campaigns to deliver revenue growth

- Monitor website performance to enhance user journey and drive conversion

- Report on key digital metrics, including traffic, ROI and competitor analysis

- Collaborating with CRM Manager and Social Media Manager to increase brand visibility

- Manage and execute seasonal campaigns ensuring alignment with the brand.

- Maintain strong relations with third party and local relationships with local councils, BIDS, and community stakeholders.

- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including new venue launches.

Experience:

- Previous or current Marketing experience within the experiential marketing sector.

-Min 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally as a Marketing Manager within the experiential leisure or entertainment sector. We would also consider Marketing Managers from a branded restaurant background if they have previous marketing experience within experiential leisure.

- Strong digital marketing expertise, including CRM, PPC, paid social, and analytics (Sprouts socials, google analytics, Meta adverts)

- Organised with great attention to detail - able to demonstrate success managing well-structured marketing campaigns from ideation to execution and review,

- Excellent stakeholder and team management skills—comfortable working cross-functionally,

- A creative thinker who’s passionate about brand storytelling and performance marketing - creativity is key

- Organised with the ability to co-ordinate marketing campaigns. Well-structured, attention to detail.

- Project management experience

-The ability to work with & use the skills of the wider team (social media, CRM etc) to pull campaigns together whilst being integral in making suggestions and coming up with ideas.

- Some experience of new site openings would be an advantage, though not essential.

- The ability to drive membership sales and marketing to members will be a key focus

- Confident in analysing performance data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
