We are looking to recruit a Assistant Community Manager to support the leadership of a stunning workspace building in Manchester city centre.
This fantastic office building is the home to a range of businesses, from start ups to larger more established companies, providing dynamic and inspirational workspace to meet all business needs, alongside the highest levels of customer service. The building is home to meeting and event spaces as well as great social spaces.
The role:
The role of Assistant Community Manager is to deliver a compliant, customer focussed operation where exceptional customer service and guest experience is at the heart of everything you do. You will be responsible for building relationships with members and developing an innovative events calendar that engages stakeholders.
Required skills:
· Previous management experience within workspace or hospitality operations.
· Experience in leading projects on time to deliver outstanding client experiences.
· High level of commercial acumen
· Excellent account management skills
· A proactive problem solver, who can think quickly and make decisions when problems arise.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders.
The package:
In addition to a basic salary of £28,800 per annum plus 25 days annual leave, additional day off for birthday, wellness day, company benefits and amazing opportunities to grow and develop your career with this market leading business.
