A Senior Receptionist is required at this vibrant and luxury country house hotel.

This property is part of a successful group of hotels, with a strong focus on luxury family breaks. This is a very busy business and has a strong repeat custom base gaining a great reputation for its exceptional customer service and friendly manner.

As Senior Receptionist you will undertake a supervisory role within the reception team You will help train and mentor junior team members, ensuring their success within the business. You will help oversee and manage the administration duties, making sure all bookings and requests are correct, contacting guests prior to arrival, dealing with VIP and group bookings etc.

You will help create a very warm, friendly and professional reception experience for all guests and implement targets within the team to ensure up-selling of all hotel experiences to the guests both prior to arrival and during their stay.

Candidate must have previous hotel based reception experience and have used the Opera front office system. You must be hugely customer focused, team driven, hands on and be able to adapt to any situation as it arises.

Live in is available on site, all bills and meals included, for a small monthly cost. Due to the rural location transport is still an advantage but transport links are not too far away.
