This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new web-based loyalty scheme aimed at independent hotel operators. The ideal person will need to come from a  revenue management background in order to understand the processes and systems operated by the clients. They will need to build to be able to engage with the clients and build relationships through their understanding of the industry.  

The Job:

  • Experience and knowledge of OTA’s and using hotel GDS, booking platforms and distribution channels, also competent using CRM systems.
  • You will have a full understanding of revenue management, front of house reception procedures, PMS systems, reservations systems and distribution.


The Ideal Person:

  • Someone with a passion for the hotel industry.
  • Experience working with front of house reception and revenue management teams 
  • Understand the operational constraints that the front of house and revenue management teams encounter
  • Possess strong organisational skills, who adopts a systematic, methodical approach to their work. 
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and a natural communicator, who can quickly establish a rapport, and build progressive and trusting relationships.


The role is  based at the head office in Warrington but regular travel across the North of the UK will be required.
