We are recruiting a fantastic Hotel Sales Office Manager role to join an exciting and progressive company.
You will have solid Sales Office Management or Supervisory experience and be able to hit the ground running motivating and managing a team of approx. 10 and a head for business in this reactive sales management role.
You will drive the team on targets for enquiries, conversion, confirmed business and repeat business.
- Manage the booking process and end to end enquiries within bedrooms, meetings & events, weddings, restaurant, spa.
- Manage rotas and team development
- Be the point of call for any business issues
- Monitor performance levels and give direction to ensure KPIs are met
As Sales Office Manager you will have the skills to manage and motivate a team of people to achieve their individual and collective KPIs. You will work to a high level of detail, making vital business decisions, manage the day to day enquiries/booking process and aftercare. A right first-time approach is essential. Being able to develop a team is key, you will be expected to monitor and report on KPIs that will drive the Hotel’s sales strategy. You will have strong leadership and influencing skills and enjoy working in a competitive and customer-led environment.
