My client is a highly successful operator with an established & incredibly popular multi-faceted dining experience, offering freshly produced dishes using only the highest quality locally-sourced produce using local suppliers & only the finest ingredients. Whether it be a hearty breakfast, a light brunch, mouth-watering Sunday lunch or a selection of freshly made patisseries & delicious coffees, the operation has something for every palate.
Due to its consistent popularity & constantly evolving offering, the company have made the decision to appoint a Senior General Manager to head up the operation, reporting directly to the Managing Director & being an integral part of the business with a place on the Board.
The venue has an existing Leadership Team with an Operations Manager who oversees the day-to-day running of the operation as well the direct management of a team of 100+ employees alongside a highly respected Head Chef and both roles will report into the successful candidate.
The Senior General Manager will be inspiring & will act as a leader, motivating & driving the team to success. They will have the entrepreneurial skill & vision to develop, plan & implement a business strategy to improve & develop the offering and customer experience even further, building on the venue’s existing success to drive revenue up to its full potential.
The successful candidate will have the experience & attributes to inspire the team to exceed both financial & non-financial targets.
The ability to lead, motivate & develop the Leadership Team and HODs is extremely important & the Senior General Manager will ensure that all areas of the business, both front & back of house are delivering a consistent diverse range of hot & cold dishes & drinks, presented to the highest standards, alongside incredible service.

Salary & Benefits:
