Growing successful unique concept restaurant company is looking for a General Manager to manage their Derby operation
With restaurants throughout the UK, sites in the process of launching & plans to expand further throughout the UK & also internationally, the company have a unique quality offering that has meant continued success throughout the Covid 19 pandemic & the company have both managed & franchised operations.
The role itself is to oversee the running of the company’s Derby operation.
The successful candidate will manage performance, recruitment, policies & procedures within their restaurant, working hard to maintain and make improvements where necessary whilst driving sales.

Salary & package:
The starting salary for this role is 23k plus a bonus that will take this up to around 25k plus company benefits. There is also the chance to grow a career within a bigger role & for a solid company .
