Role: Director of Operations – Workspace

Location: Leeds / North West

Salary: Up to £75k

We’re recruiting an exciting role for a Director of Operations to join an impressive and forward-thinking innovative company offering flexible workspace, private offices and community hubs.

Overview:

This role will join the Senior Leadership Team and play a key part in contributing to the company’s growth strategy and their commercial and operational performance.

The successful candidate will have experience in growing both new and existing revenue streams and able to bring a strategic mindset to the role.

We’re looking for a natural leader who is people centric, both in leading their teams and building thriving client relationships.

The candidate:

·        You will be a strategic leader, and an experienced sales professional, with proven experience of growing revenue through new opportunities and existing channels, achieving strong financial results.

·        Strong commercial and business acumen is essential, with experience of managing high growth and multi-site operations.

·        You will ideally come from an operational workspace background and understand the business in-depth, when it comes to people management, sales and profitability.

·        Finally, we are looking for someone who enjoys being the face and voice of the brand, leading from the front when it comes to developing external relationships, seeking new business opportunities, and an ambassador for the brand.

The role:

This is a strategic role, whilst also leading the Operational side of the business.

You will be required to;

• Develop a strong understanding of the business, its operations, and commercial goals.

• Analyse and enhance profitability, achieving a strong financial performance.

• Increase market exposure and drive sales and revenue growth through new and existing channels.

• Lead the Commercial and Operations teams, optimising occupancy rates and member retention.

• Create a culture of exceptional levels of customer experience throughout the sites.

• Analyse and develop the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes and control systems across the organisation to maximise profitability.

• Elevate the company’s reputation within the industry, acting as an ambassador for the brand.

• Apply Data-Driven Decision-Making, analysing data and market trends to make informed decisions that drive commercial success.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, landlords, and other key stakeholders to enhance commercial performance.

• Be confident in reporting to the Board, producing quarterly Board reports, in-depth performance analysis and future strategy.
