My client is a successful operator with a portfolio of unusual breath-taking restaurants with sumptuous décor, serving quality food, wines & spirits in prime locations. They are looking for an experienced strong General Manager to run their high-volume fresh food concept with a focus on amazing service, a great atmosphere, stunningly presented innovative food and a fantastic customer experience. They have a reputation for running great operations with a vibrant atmosphere that keeps customers coming back time and time again, their restaurants are definitely the places to be seen.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a strong General Manager, high quality fresh food operation. We are looking for a real host who is vivacious and outgoing, someone who loves the industry and can lead a large team and provide the highest standards of food and service across a large operation with an outstanding reputation. The restaurant has a team of 40-50 and the successful candidate MUST have experience of managing and leading a large team with the support of a great leadership team.
What are we looking for:
Proven track record of working as a General Manager with experience at senior level. Experience of running a large, high volume quality restaurant operation with an emphasis on fresh high-quality dishes, fine wines & impeccable service. Experience of managing a large team is a MUST (ideally 50 +) Strong front of house skills. We are looking for someone who is brilliant with discerning customers & is committed to ensuring the highest levels of service, amazing food & a unique dining experience. Strong back of house skills - fully P & L accountable with the ability to keep tight controls whilst driving sales & revenue forward. Organised with strong attention to detail. Experience of running a busy high-volume operation with the ability to manage & motivate a team whilst working under pressure. Experience & commitment to provide the highest standards of customer service - touching tables & ensuring guests return time and time again. The ability to train, motivate, inspire & develop a large team to provide the highest standards of customer care, to develop their knowledge, maximise business & the customer experience by upselling & recommending dishes & drinks. Salary Package:
The salary package for this great role is up to £65,000 plus bonus and benefits.
