The role:

  • As General Manager you will have complete accountability for each and every area of the restaurant operation.
  • You will be fully P&L accountable for the performance of your restaurant.
  • You will deliver an exceptional guest experience across each and every shift.
  • You will engage your team to keep them motivated, informed and passionate about your business.
  • You will be passionate about retaining and developing your team, with clear succession plans to ensure the right people are in the right place.
  • You will utilise all feedback available to make well informed decisions on how to further improve the guest experience.

The ideal candidate:

  • You will be a passionate restaurant general manager, a real role model with an appetite for success and the drive to deliver exceptional results.
  • You will be ambitious and hungry to learn this amazing concept.

  • The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • The ability to recruit, train, mentor, motivate and inspire your team with a focus on development and internal progression.

Salary & package:

The salary banding for this role is up to £40,400 per annum plus service charge, bonus and an outstanding benefits package.
