The role:
- As General Manager you will have complete accountability for each and every area of the restaurant operation.
- You will be fully P&L accountable for the performance of your restaurant.
- You will deliver an exceptional guest experience across each and every shift.
- You will engage your team to keep them motivated, informed and passionate about your business.
- You will be passionate about retaining and developing your team, with clear succession plans to ensure the right people are in the right place.
- You will utilise all feedback available to make well informed decisions on how to further improve the guest experience.

Salary & package:
The salary banding for this role is up to £40,400 per annum plus service charge, bonus and an outstanding benefits package.
