Location: New Forest, Hampshire
Salary: £28,000-32,500 (depending on experience) + Tips + Temporary live-in available + Fantastic Benefits

Our client, a stunning high end gastro pub operation, is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie with strong quality fresh food experience to assist in the running of their popular operation based in the New Forest area of Hampshire. With their impressive offerings showcasing their collection of mouth-watering dishes created from fresh locally sourced seasonal produce, this operation offers a true taste of Hampshire from field to fork.

Working within this brigade you will have the full support of the senior kitchen team (as well as the management and front of house team) and the opportunity to both learn and grow within the business. As well as having relevant experience, the most important thing is that you must have a passion for your trade, the drive to succeed and the want to learn and develop your skills!

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience at Chef De Partie in a quality fresh food restaurant or hotel environment.
  • A passion for the kitchen and working within a team.
  • A great attitude with a willingness to learn and a hunger to develop your skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure.
  • A great personality - fun, passionate, charismatic, enthusiastic, people-focused and adaptable to all personalities.
  • A great communicator - excellent at developing relationships with the team and others involved.

Required Experience:

  • Solid hands-on Chef de Partie experience in a high-end, fresh food kitchen.
  • A strong passion for locally sourced produce.
  • A great personality - fun, passionate, charismatic, enthusiastic, people-focused and adaptable to all personalities.
  • A great communicator - excellent at developing relationships with the kitchen team, front of house team, senior management and others involved.
