Wedding & Events Manager – High End Iconic Venue
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Salary: £30,000-35,000 + Profit Share Scheme + Benefits
We are looking for a passionate Weddings & Events Manager with solid experience of end-to-end running of weddings a high-end, iconic wedding and events venue based in Liverpool City Centre. As Weddings & Events Manager, you will be fully responsible for the entire on-the-day operation of functions, weddings and events and will also support other aspects of the business. As a key face of the business, you will enjoy the buzz of running high end weddings and will need a hands-on, organised and friendly approach - all whilst ensuring that customer satisfaction and quality standards are high.
Required Experience:
- 2 years' minimum up to date experience as Wedding & Events Manager in a similar establishment running weddings end-to-end
- A strong communicator with experience of leading, motivating, and developing a team of different personalities, levels of creativity and skill sets.
- Strong financial knowledge – departmental Profit & Loss (GPs, revenue, quality control) and the impact it has on the business
