Restaurant & Bars Manager – Stunning Hotel Operation
Location: Rural Derby
Salary: £31,200 + 10% Bonus + Excellent Benefits (inc. Personal Medical Cover)
Hours: 40 Hours

We are looking for a passionate Restaurant and Bar Manager for a truly stunning and highly regarded in the rural Derby area. As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will be fully responsible for the entire operation leading from the front. As a key face of the business, you will enjoy the buzz of leadership and developing your team. You will need a hands-on, organised and friendly approach - all whilst ensuring that customer satisfaction and quality standards are high with no room for error. This is an exciting role in a truly breathtaking property and you will be joining a brilliant team and forward-thinking company with great potential for future development.
You will also have a good business/financial acumen as you will be fully responsible for the departmental financials (Profit & Loss/forecasts, stocks, labour costs/rotas) and as a strong motivator be able to get the most out of your team at all times. Not only you will be fully responsible for day-to-day management of the entire operation; you will also be the face of the business and be responsible for driving the culture within the team and business - therefore personality is key! As part of the management team, you will also be required to partake in duty management shifts.
Required Experience:
- Solid hands-on, people focused restaurant and bar management experience in a hotel setting.
- A strong communicator with experience of leading, motivating, and developing a team of different personalities, levels of creativity and skill sets.
- Strong financial knowledge – departmental Profit & Loss (GPs, revenue, quality control) and the impact it has on the business
