Hotel Front Office Manager - High End Property (MONDAY-FRIDAY)

Location: Cambridge City Centre

Salary: Up to £35,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Fantastic Benefits

Monday to Friday (Weekends & Bank Holidays off!)

** This role would suit a Hotel Reception Manager or Front Office Manager with fantastic guest services skills and facilities management experience looking to expand their skillset and gain added experience in events **

Hesketh James are recruiting for a highly experienced Hotel Reception Manager for a forward thinking, diverse and fast-growing company with stunning high end, state of the art, properties across the UK. The property offers a real community feel, with a people centric and ethical viewpoint. Their buildings take inspiration from the most up and coming venues and as a business they are committed to providing the highest standards of customer service for their high-profile clients.

As the face of the business, we are looking for a confident and strong leader who is well organised, friendly, has excellent people management skills and all-round experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for leading a providing and ensuring your team provides high-end customer service, with a can-do attitude and always be happy to go the extra mile for clients. The property also hosts events for its loyal clients which you will also facilitate and execute to the highest standard.

Although you will be reporting to the property’s General Manager, this is a role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and has potential for further progression!

The role:

·To support the day to day running of the operation, meeting and greeting members offering help and advice and making their work life experience as seamless as possible.

·Assist in the management of the building, ensuring the communal areas are clean, building walk rounds, H&S and acting on any maintenance issues.

· Arranging community and member events for clients keeping them engaged and involved with the business.

Promoting the private hire of events spaces, to ensure that all revenue streams are maximised.
· Supporting with business administration, assisting with basic IT set up

·Experience in hospitality, event spaces or serviced offices is the desirable background.

Pay and Benefits:

- Salary up to £35,000 per annum
- Mon – Fri (opening hours 8am to 6pm)
- Weekends off
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
