Role: Customer Service Resolution Administrator

Salary: Up to £25k

Location: Manchester

We are looking to recruit a Customer Service and Resolution Administrator to join a contemporary and growing Property Management company.

The role will provide exceptional customer service to tenants and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role:

  • You will respond to tenant enquiries via incoming calls and emails providing helpful information and resolving issues effectively.
  • Investigate and resolve problems related to tenant complaints, maintenance requests and other issues, liaising with inhouse teams to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by actively listening to customers, empathizing with concerns, and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, proactively communicate, providing updates, gather feedback, and address any ongoing concerns.
  • Collaborate with inhouse teams to implement best practices, streamline workflows, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Service and Resolution Advisor and senior management.

The Candidate:

  • Previous customer service experience is essential, preferably in a property management or similar role.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to analyse problems, think critically, and propose effective solutions, experience in handling customer complaints and resolving conflicts is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations as well as the ability to work collaboratively with inhouse teams.
  • Confident using various computer applications and software, including CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office Suite.
