Conference & Banqueting Manager - Stunning Luxury 5-Star Hotel
Location: Maidenhead
Salary package: £50,000 (£40,000 Base + £10,000 Tronc) + Fantastic Benefits
Temporary live-in available for relocators for up to 4 weeks.

** Note: For this role, we are looking for a highly experienced, hugely personable and passionate Conference & Banqueting Manager from a luxury high end background. Due to public transport restrictions and the property's rural location, you will need to drive and have a car for this role if you reside locally **

Our client, a highly regarded luxury hotel operator are looking for a hands-on, passionate and highly experienced Conference & Banqueting Manager to lead and deliver high standards of service across their stunning quality operation. You will be joining an amazing people focused, forward-thinking company with a fantastic internal culture and lots of scope for training and development.

As the face of the conference and banqueting operation, you will be hands-on, have unforgettable presence and make a long-lasting impression by providing the highest standards of service with no room for error

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will also lead and manage an established team consisting of C&B Supervisors, Assistant Manager and C&B Assistants whilst leading the team from the front as a passionate people manager helping the team thrive and develop further.

For this role, we are looking for a real team player. You will confidently lead by example, be flexible and during quieter periods support other departments including food & beverage and breakfast shifts.

The Candidate will have:

  • Solid experience as Conference & Banqueting Manager, in a quality (ideally 5*) hotel operation
  • The highest levels of guest service, be a natural people person, great with customers and have a warm and friendly persona.
  • A passion for training and developing your team with a focus on individual development.
  • Great attention to detail and natural high standards and the ability to lead your team to do the same.
