Currently recruiting for an experienced Meeting & Event Operations Manager looking for their next opportunity or an experienced Assistant Meeting & Event Manager, looking for their next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate event operations, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional service.
  • Lead and support the events team, providing guidance and assistance during events.
  • Act as the key point of contact between departments to ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest experience throughout all events.
  • Assist in training and developing the events team

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience in event operations, preferably within a hotel or events venue.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering amazing guest experiences.
  • Highly organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
