Our client, a highly regarded and successful hospitality operator with a portfolio of unusual, breath-taking restaurant concepts, serving amazing food in prime locations, are looking for a highly experienced, commercially driven, well-networked and proactive Reception Manager for their operation based in central London.
The group is expanding with plans to open further restaurants and brands across the UK and overseas.
Still relatively young yet highly successful with a fantastic reputation as an employer, they pride themselves for being ahead of their competitors and providing their guests with a unique dining experience.
The role:
- Inspire your team to deliver the companies vision, to bring a unique and immersive dining experience to their guests
- Show your experience and capability for managing high volume operations and busy service periods
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of booking systems such as Seven rooms and Opentable and understanding customers specific needs to deliver a unique experience
- Provide guests with up to date and accurate information on the restaurant with a good knowledge of all food and drink offerings
- Adapt your style to different situations and different customer requirements
- Inspire the team to deliver impeccable service with unwavering attention to detail to our guests throughout their time in the restaurant
- Willingness to share their knowledge with junior members of the team so they are continually learning and developing
