Role: Office Coordinator

Location: Warrington

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Full-time – Flexible working

Our client is looking to hire a super organised office coordinator, who can support the team in managing the day-to-day operations of this growing compliance business based in Warrington.

The team work with amazing businesses predominantly within the hospitality sector supporting their clients with compliance, health and safety, first aid, licensing, insurance food safety, claims investigation and training.

Then ideal candidate will be well organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks, strong on systems, a self-starter and ready to lend a hand. They have a brilliant team dynamic, and you would definitely be joining a fun, lively, working environment

Key responsibilities:

Workload Management: Organise the Managing Director’s schedule, prioritise tasks, and keep track of deadlines.

QuickBooks: Manage invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting using QuickBooks.

HubSpot: Keep their CRM system up to date, monitor client communications, and help with follow-up tasks.

Canva: Design simple, eye-catching materials such as presentations, social media graphics, and internal documents. (optional)

General Admin: Handle emails, phone calls, filing, and all the other admin tasks that keep us moving forward.

Client Care: Support our team in delivering top-notch service to our clients. Your genuine care for people will help maintain and strengthen our client relationships.

Office Organisation: Keep the office environment organised, ensuring smooth operations (and plenty of laughs).

Essential Skills & Experience:

- Proficiency with QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking.

- Experience using HubSpot for CRM management.

- Confidence in creating simple designs with Canva

- Excellent organisational skills – you’re the go-to person for getting things done.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Genuine care and commitment to client satisfaction.

- A sense of humour and the ability to keep things light when the pressure is on.
