Assistant Manager – Daytime Hospitality & Entertainment Venue (No Evenings!!)
Location: Knutsford, Cheshire
Salary: £30,000
Hours: 38-Hour contract

Our client, a highly regarded experience-driven daytime hospitality venue operator are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager for their Knutsford-based operation. For this role, we are looking for a real people person with a big personality and ideally a passion for service and creating unforgettable experiences!.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a real personality, high energy, who enjoys interacting with customers and being the face of the business.
- Take great pleasure in but be a great ambassador for the business.
- Ideally be a health and safety champion
- Barista experience would be advantageous
- Due to the nature of this concept, we are looking for a confident, engaging leader.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting a programme of events and entertainment
- Managing stock, budgets and ordering with confidence
- Ensuring service and safety standards are exceptional across the board
- Inspiring and training your team to deliver warm, welcoming service every day
- Supporting team members across both front and back of house operations.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as an Assistant Manager in coffee shop, experiential venue or similar concept
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle busy event days
- A calm, positive leader who thrives in a friendly, fast-paced environment
- Solid IT and financial management abilities
