Our client, a highly regarded hospitality operator, is looking for a passionate, hands-on and experienced Deputy General Manage to help manage their hugely popular, fresh food gastro pub based in the St. Asaph area. For this role, we are looking for a hands-on, personable and passionate manager with a strong passion for and proven experience of running a fresh food gastro pub with a focus on amazing service, a great atmosphere, incredible food and a fantastic customer experience.
We are looking for a Deputy General Manager with real presence and genuine passion - someone who loves the industry and can continue the success of this highly regarded operation.
What are we looking for:
- Proven track record of working as a Deputy Manager running a highly regarded quality gastro pub.
- We are looking for someone who is brilliant with customers and is committed to ensuring the highest levels of service, amazing food and a unique dining experience.
- Strong back of house skills would be an advantage (P&L, labour, stocks).
- Experience of running a busy high-volume operation with the ability to manage and motivate a team whilst working under pressure.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to train, motivate, inspire and develop a large team to provide the highest standards of service, to develop their knowledge, maximise business and the customer experience by upselling and recommending dishes and drinks.

- Smart and well-presented with great communication skills and a professional attitude at all times.
