Venue Operations Manager – Stunning Multi-Faceted Venue
Location: Leeds
£35,000–£38,000 + Profit Share + Benefits
42.5 hours per week (5 days over 7)
We’re recruiting a creative, commercially driven Venue Operations Manager to help unlock the full potential of a stunning, multi-use venue in Leeds. The majority of this role will focus on developing and expanding the venue, creating new hospitality offerings in addition to an already successful daytime restaurant operation. Alongside this, you’ll oversee the day-to-day management of the existing operation, ensuring standards, profitability, and team engagement remain strong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new concepts and revenue streams across the venue
- Grow footfall and spend while enhancing the guest experience
- Oversee daily operations of the current offering, maintaining strong standards
- Manage teams, rotas, margins, and overall performance
About You:
- Experienced hospitality manager with multi-use or development-led experience
- Commercially creative with a hands-on, ownership mindset
- Strong people leader with sound operational knowledge
- Ambitious and motivated by building and evolving a venue
