With the support of an outstanding Ops Director, you will have the freedom to try new ideas, events, promotions – this is your restaurant operation, you drive the sales!
Responsibilities:
- Leading and inspiring a high-energy team to deliver an epic guest experience
- Overseeing daily operations – from kitchen to bar, service to stock
- Driving sales and managing budgets, P&Ls, and KPIs
- Championing health & safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
- Being the face of the restaurant in Belfast – connecting with the local community and building the brand.
The ideal candidate:
- You will be a passionate general manager, a real role model with an appetite for success and the drive to deliver exceptional results.
- You will be ambitious and hungry to learn this amazing concept.
- Strong knowledge of the local hospitality market and how to maximise sales off the back of this.
- The ability to recruit, train, mentor, motivate and inspire your team with a focus on development and internal progression.
- A real passion to provide outstanding service, working hard to maintain and improve performance in order to provide an amazing customer experience.
Salary & package:
The salary for this role is £40,00 per annum plus service charge, bonus and benefits package, OTE £55k per annum.
