Role: Sales Office Manager - 4 Star Hotel

Are you a dynamic Sales & Events Office Manager with a passion for high end hospitality and delivering exceptional guest and client experiences?
We are seeking a Sales Office Manager to lead a dynamic team, drive revenue across hotel departments, and take full ownership of the reservations and meetings & events sales cycle at this fantastic 4 Star hotel.
You will join a high quality property, dynamic leadership team and award winning company.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Coordinators to deliver exceptional performance across this department.
- Manage and optimise all inbound reservations, meetings, events, dining, and guest experiences.
- Develop and implement revenue-driving strategies to maximise occupancy and event conversion across all distribution channels.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and analytical insights to support monthly performance reviews.
- Actively promote the hotel in the local area to enhance sales opportunities, drive repeat business, and strengthen client relationships.
- Oversee all aspects of the booking process to ensure a seamless, professional, and revenue-focused approach.
- Lead weekly function meetings and contribute to the commercial strategy sessions.
- Champion post-event feedback to enhance service quality and operational excellence.
About You
You embody warm hospitality, have a meticulous attention to detail along with min 2 years’ experience as a Sales Office Manager within a hotel environment. People leadership and management skills and experience are key to this role as you will lead an experienced team in a fast-paced reactive sales environment.
You will also bring:
- Proven leadership experience within a hospitality sales office role with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong commercial acumen with confidence working with KPIs, forecasting tools, and sales reporting.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A passion for creating high quality client and guest experiences and building strong internal and external relationships.
- Ideally, previous experience within 4 / 5-star hotels is desirable.
- Knowledge of Reservation systemsisadvantageous.
