Key Responsibilities:
·Win and grow meetings & events business that drives strong, consistent revenue.
·Own enquiries from first call to contract, converting leads fast and confidently.
·Negotiate commercially smart deals that maximise space, rate, and profit.
·Build standout client relationships that deliver repeat and local business.
·Partner with hotel teams to ensure smooth handovers and great event delivery.
·Keep the sales engine moving through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and upselling.
The ideal candidate:
·Proven in meetings & events sales, with a strong commercial mindset and a hunger to hit (and beat) targets.
·Confident closer who thrives on converting enquiries fast and negotiating profitable deals.
·Customer-focused and relationship-driven, with the energy to win repeat and local business.
·Highly organised, able to juggle multiple events while keeping the pipeline on track.
·A natural team player, comfortable working across hotel departments to get results.
