Due to continued growth, they are now seeking driven, hands-on franchise partners in the Edinburgh area to run their own fresh food kiosk — with full support from an established and successful franchisor.
About the Opportunity
As a franchise partner, you’ll operate your own fresh food kiosk within a well-established, high-profile retail environment — benefiting from built-in daily footfall and strong sales potential.
The Business Model
- Investment level dependent on location and number of kiosks agreed
- Initial 3-year franchise agreement (renewable for a further 3 years by mutual agreement)
- Full training at the company’s UK training academy and in a live operational kiosk
- Comprehensive operations manual and business tools
- Ongoing brand marketing campaigns
- Regular new menu development to drive sales
- Established supplier network with negotiated pricing support
- Dedicated Franchise Support Manager for onboarding and ongoing guidance
- Turnkey setup including equipment, training, supply chain and marketing support

What Being a Franchisee Looks Like
This is a hands-on opportunity for passionate food lovers who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
You will:
- Prepare fresh, high-quality ready meals daily with precision and creativity
- Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with customers
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
- Monitor stock, manage ordering and control inventory
- Recruit and manage your own team
- Take ownership of payroll, invoicing and day-to-day finances
- Forecast performance and manage monthly P&L

What We’re Looking For
- Chef or hospitality management experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and hands-on approach
- Passion for fresh, quality food
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene (certification desirable)
- Basic financial understanding and ability to manage P&L
- Strong people and customer service skills
- Comfortable standing for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
