You will be running a stunning Victorian property, leading a small, dedicated team, and creating exceptional guest experiences every day. You will oversee daily operations, including reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast service, while maintaining the property’s high standards.

About you:
- Proven experience in guest house, boutique hotel, or small hotel management
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proactive, organised, and confident running day-to-day operations
- Comfortable using booking systems and online reservation platforms
This is a hands-on, lifestyle role with plenty of guest interaction. Individual Managers who are happy to be hands-on , working with a small team and as comfortable looking after areas of the hotel where necessary whilst looking at SOPs, room rates, occupancy, events etc.
