My client operates a collection of iconic, design-led restaurants in prime Central London locations, known for their breath-taking interiors, high-energy atmosphere, and exceptional fresh food and drink. The Role
- We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house operation of a high-volume, premium fresh food restaurant.
- This is a highly visible, guest-facing role for a natural host who thrives on the floor, loves leading from the front, and knows how to create buzz, energy, and unforgettable guest experiences.
- You’ll be trusted to run a slick operation, inspire a large team, and deliver flawless service in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
