Guest Service Supervisor - High Profile Commercial Property

Salary: £35,200 + Bonus + Company Benefits
Hours: Full time (on-site) 40 Hours
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Guest Services Supervisor to join a prestigious commercial property in Reading, supporting the day-to-day operation of a high-profile, multi-occupancy building.
Reporting to the Building Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional occupier and guest experience while supporting the smooth operational management of the site. This is a varied, hands-on role combining front-of-house excellence with operational coordination, stakeholder engagement and facilities support.

The Role
Reporting directly into the Building Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for occupiers, visitors and contractors
- Delivering an exceptional front-of-house and customer experience at all times
- Managing occupier queries, resolving issues and maintaining strong communication
- Supporting the day-to-day building operation and service delivery
- Coordinating supplier activity and scheduled maintenance works
- Assisting with compliance, health & safety and statutory requirements
- Supporting invoice management, purchase orders and administrative tasks
- Maintaining high standards across reception and communal areas
- Supporting events, occupier engagement initiatives and building communications
- Assisting with contractor management and ensuring service standards are met
- Supporting building inspections, reactive works and helpdesk activity
About You
We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Experience in a front-of-house, guest services, hospitality or property management role
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with a variety of people
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- A professional, polished and personable approach
Desirable
- Experience within commercial property, facilities or workplace environments
- Knowledge of CAFM systems
- IOSH or Health & Safety qualifications
