We're looking for an experienced and energetic General Manager to lead a thriving, high-volume bar and food venue in the heart of Central London.
Operating in the heart of London, the venue combines a contemporary food menu with quality drinks / cocktails, entertainment and an outstanding atmosphere and service, serving thousands of guests every week. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can drive performance, maximise sales and create a culture where both guests and team members enjoy spending their time.
What You'll Do
- Lead, inspire, and develop a large hospitality team.
- Drive revenue through outstanding service, events, and promotions.
- Manage P&L, labour, stock, and operational performance.
- Maintain exceptional standards across food, drink, service, and atmosphere.
- Recruit, coach, and develop future leaders.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, Health & Safety, and company standards.
- Build strong relationships with guests and the local community.
What We're Looking For
- Proven General Manager experience in a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Track record of growing sales and improving performance.
- Experience leading and developing large teams.
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and a vibrant venue atmosphere.
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills.
- Strong experience across both liquor and food.
