General Manager – Premium Bar & Hospitality Venue

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum + Uncapped Bonus + Tronc
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious General Manager to take the lead at a premium, high-profile hospitality venue in southwest London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven hospitality professional to take ownership of a well-established all-day and late-night destination, renowned for its exceptional cocktails, quality food, vibrant atmosphere and outstanding service.
The venue has significant potential for further growth and we are looking for a confident, charismatic General Manager who can build on its existing success, strengthen its identity within the local market and establish it as a leading destination for food, drinks and memorable occasions.
The Role:
As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and commercial performance of the venue. You will be highly visible on the floor, leading by example and ensuring consistently high standards across service, drinks, food, team engagement and guest experience.
You will be responsible for driving sales, managing costs and delivering strong financial results, with a clear understanding of how to maximise profitability without compromising the guest experience.
A key part of the role will be developing the venue’s presence within the local community. You will have the personality, creativity and commercial instinct to build relationships, create a loyal customer base and ensure the venue becomes a recognised destination within the local social scene.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a hospitality professional with a strong background in high-quality bars, restaurants, pubs or late-night venues.
You will be:
An experienced General Manager, or an accomplished Deputy General Manager ready to take the next step Commercially astute with a strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting and cost control Passionate about premium drinks, cocktails, food and exceptional hospitality A natural leader who enjoys being visible and hands-on within the operation Confident, energetic and personable, with the ability to build strong relationships with both guests and team members Creative and ambitious, with a genuine desire to make your mark on a venue Experienced in driving sales, improving performance and exceeding financial targets Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and developing a strong local following Highly organised, consistent and commercially focused
This role would suit a high-performing Deputy General Manager who feels ready to take ownership of a significant venue, as well as an established General Manager looking for an exciting new challenge.
