My client is an ambitious, fast-growing restaurant operator with a reputation for creating high-energy, design-led restaurants where exceptional food, drinks and hospitality come together.
They are now looking for an outstanding Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house operation at a premium luxury restaurant in Manchester city centre.
This is an opportunity to take the lead in a vibrant, high-profile restaurant, inspire a talented team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
The Role
We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who genuinely loves being on the floor, leading from the front and creating an outstanding atmosphere for both guests and the team.
This is a front-of-house focused role, where service, hospitality and people leadership are at the heart of everything you do.
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day restaurant operation, leading, motivating and developing the front-of-house team to deliver consistently exceptional service. You’ll set the standards, drive the energy on the floor and ensure every guest receives a memorable experience, even during the busiest services.
You’ll be a highly visible leader who leads by example, builds a strong service culture and takes pride in developing a team that delivers at the highest level.
The Person
You’re a confident, hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in premium, high-volume restaurant environments and understands what exceptional service really looks like.
You love being out on the floor, engaging with guests, supporting your team and making sure every detail of the service is right. You know how to bring out the best in people, create a positive working environment and maintain high standards without losing the personality and energy that make a restaurant special.
You’ll be a natural leader and host who takes genuine pride in the guest experience and enjoys being at the heart of a busy restaurant operation.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience managing a premium restaurant or high-quality, high-volume dining operation
- Strong front-of-house leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- A genuine passion for exceptional service, guest experience and hospitality
- A visible, hands-on management style with a strong presence on the restaurant floor
- The ability to lead busy services while maintaining consistently high standards
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to lead, coach and inspire others
- Strong commercial awareness, including sales, KPIs and profitability
- A positive, energetic approach and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- The ambition to develop your team and progress within an exciting, growing restaurant group
