Del joined the HJ journey in 2018 already with years of strong hospitality and multi-sector recruitment experience. Known for his consistently upbeat and approachable nature, he believes in the importance of doing what you love the most. His unique and friendly approach to recruitment coupled with his genuine passion for people has not only enabled him to develop solid long-term relationships with clients and candidates on all levels across all sectors but also form exciting brand new partnerships with those new to the journey.
He has also worked with and had the honour of receiving training from some of the recruitment world's most impressive individuals including globally-renowned recruitment expert Mike Walmsley and has learnt so much not only about recruitment but also about himself. Whilst being highly professional, he strongly believes people should also be themselves. Never to shy away from going the extra mile, Del’s ever pleasant nature and can do mentality stems from being able to what he loves working alongside three of his closest friends sharing the same passion, vision and dream. Outside of work, Del enjoys dining out, socialising, entertaining, keeping fit, holidays, home improvements and anything that creates laughter!
