The role:
With stores throughout the UK, new sites continuously being launched and further expansion throughout both the UK and internationally, the company have a unique quality offering that is delivering amazing results.
The successful candidate will be accountable for managing all aspects of the restaurant operation, from labour costs to wastage, sales performance, managing your team, controlling stock and food costs all whilst ensuring targets are achieved and customers are happy.
The ideal candidate:
- You’ll be obsessed with detail, highly attentive and confident analysing business data.
- You’ll have a warm and personable nature, always putting your team and Customers first, driving the company culture of supportive management, team spirit and a feeling of inclusiveness.
- You’ll be capable of driving performance and consistent standards in business management, food quality and service.
- You will have previous experience of a management role in a similar environment
- You will understand what it means to deliver amazing customer service and will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding customer expectations.
Salary & package:
The starting salary for this role is up to £36,000 and an outstanding benefits package.
