We are looking for a passionate Sales & Events Manager to join the central sales team supporting our clients high-profile central London venues. This thriving business is truly one of a kind with a massive following, ideal for staging high profile events or a fun night with friends. The group is trading well and has recently invested massively in their sites and has further exciting plans.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and grow business profitability both reactively and proactively.
- Achieving revenue targets as agreed and set out in the budget working towards generating an overall increase in year-on-year sales.
- Demonstrate exemplary organisational, written, and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- To participate in familiarisation trips, industry networking events and client entertaining as per the needs of the business
- Engage regularly with lapsed clients, past enquiries and repeat bookers to maintain an excellent level of repeat business.
- To ensure a high quality of customer service is delivered on time and to budget, at every event leading to successful account management.
- Take responsibility for your individual pipeline of client enquiries and ensure that invoices/payment links are raised and passed to the client in a timely fashion, in line with agreed payment terms.
