The Role
- As Bar Manager, you will take full ownership of a high-volume, sophisticated, restaurant-based bar operation, setting the standard for service, quality, and consistency.
- You will lead from the front, inspiring your team while ensuring every detail reflects the expectations of a premium Mayfair clientele.
The Ideal Candidate
- A confident and experienced Bar Manager with a strong background in with experience of working in the Mayfair market
- Proven experience running a polished bar concept with excellent processes, training, and operational standards
- A natural leader with the ability to recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Commercially astute, with experience managing labour budgets, beverage margins, and consumables
- Highly organised, with strong stock control and cost management skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences
- Ambitious and career-driven, eager to progress within a successful and expanding hospitality group
